Kurt K. Larsen has been the CEO at Borup Autotransport from 1976 to 1989, when the company was acquired by DSV A/S. He has been with DSV A/S since 1989 in different positions. He was the Group CEO of DSV A/S from 1991 to 2005 and the CEO of DSV A/S from 2005 to 2008. Kurt K. Larsen joined the Board of Directors of DSV A/S on 1 August 2008. Jens Bjørn Andersen began his career as a trainee in Samson Transport Co. A/S in 1988. After he had completed his traineeship in 1990, he worked with various freight forwarding assignments until 1992, when he took up a position as Department Manager of the road transport activities of Samson Transport Co. A/S.
In 1995, Mr Andersen was asked to focus on project work for the company's executive management. Two years later, he assumed a position as Branch Manager in Norway with Samson Transport Norge AS. Following DSV's acquisition of Samson Transport Co. A/S in 1997, he was appointed CEO of the combined DSV and Samson Transport activities in Norway.
From 2001, Mr Andersen was the CEO of Tollpost Globe AS in Norway (a joint venture between DSV A/S and the Swedish Post) until he was recruited for the position as CEO of DFDS Transport Ltd./DSV Road Ltd. in England in 2003. He also held various supervisory board positions in the DSV Group.
In 2007, Mr Andersen became the CEO of DSV Road Holding A/S and was appointed Group CEO with effect from August 2008. He also chairs the Supervisory Boards of DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S and DSV Solutions Holding A/S and is member of the Supervisory Board of DSV Road Holding A/S.
Non-DSV posts include member of the board of Nordea-Fonden, the Nordea Bank-fonden, the Children's Cancer Fund and A/S Danexims Fond, member of the Committee of Directors for the Danish National Bank (Danmarks Nationalbank) and chairman of Dantransport A/S's Understøttelses –og Pensionstilskudsfond. Mr Andersen was born in 1966.
Jens H. Lund began his career as an auditor with Deloitte in Denmark in 1989. After four years with Deloitte, he transferred to the UK division of Krogh & Partners to work as an auditor in the London offices until 1995, when he took up a position as an auditor with Deloitte in Denmark. At the same time, Mr Lund completed his education as MSc in Business Economics and Auditing.
From 1998, Mr Lund worked at Danske Bank's corporate finance department with financial consulting in connection with the acquisition, sale and financing of companies. In 2000, he moved to Carnegie, but continued to focus on corporate finance.
In March 2002, Mr Lund became the Group CFO for DSV A/S and thus part of the Executive Board.
